ERICarts Assembly 2019 in Paris

The European Association of Cultural Researchers e.V. (ERICarts Network) held its 13th Assembly on 6 June 2019 in Paris at the Institut national d'histoire de l'art - again in the context of the annual Compendium event. The Agenda (here) included debates or decisions concerning
- Results of the new Member Survey (confirming the main goals of the Association);
- The crucial role of ERICarts members during the transformation process of the "Compendium";
- The future of the ERICarts Institute (which may lead to a new partnership agreement); and
- The election of a new Board (past and new President: Anna Villaroya, University of Barcelona).
The Assembly passed unanimously a Resolution
with several amendments of the Statutes and took
note of joint c
omparative research, conference or publication projects proposed by members:
a. Peter Duelund: European cultural policy between democracy, populism and nationalism;
b. Bozena Gierat-Bieron: Lexicon of EU cultural policies;
c. Ornela Ramasauskaite: Arts and Blockchain;
d. Andreas Wiesand: Towards an inventory of early cultural policy research in Europe;
e. Diverse: Cui Bono Copyright? Empirical evaluation of who benefits from the present system.
